Our Deputy Managing Director for Operations & Chief Operations Officer brings a wealth of expertise and experience to LTC Mobile. With a Master of Engineering degree in Computer Applied Technology from Huazhong University of Science & Technology, Wuhan, PR China, and a Bachelor of Science in Electronics Engineering from Stella Maris Polytechnic, Wolobah has accumulated over 14 years of diverse experience across various domains.

His professional journey spans systems and network administration, Industrial Automation, electronic systems Designs & Implementation, Telecommunication, Project designs & Implementation, Tutoring & Supervision.

Wolobah's most recent assignment was at Guaranty Trust Bank (Liberia) Ltd., where he served as the Head of Systems & Networks before being preferred by President Joseph N. Boakai to join LTC.

In 2011, as an Electronic Engineer, Wolobah worked in Oil drilling for about 3 years, specifically focusing on industrial automation for deep-water drilling and drill field electronics on rigs in locations such as USA, Sierra Leone, Singapore, & Liberia.

Additionally, Wolobah previously served as an Adjunct Faculty member at Blue Crest University College.
