Our Chief Marketing Officer for Business Development, Marketing & Sales has over 8 years` of experience in Project Management and Business Development. He has worked within various department and on various projects within the corporation namely the Fiber backbone expansion network, One-UN-House Internet Project, Libtelco School Connect, Libtelco Imagine Hub project and Libtelco Fiber to home project, Central Bank of Liberia Financial Sector Super Data Highway project just to name a few. Prior to joining Libtelco in 2015, He served as Director of Administration/Technical Focal Point to the Department of Budget at the then Ministry of Finance. He was a member of the team that developed Liberia`s first Medium Term Expenditure Framework Budget (MTEF) and also a key member of the Open Budget Initiative (OBI). He earned a Master of Science Degree in Project Management and Business Development from the Robert Gordon University in the United Kingdom and also earned two executive certificates from the prestigious Harvard University Business and Kennedy Schools respectively in Aligning Sales & Strategy and Digital Transformation in Government in the United States of America. Currently he is pursuing another graduate degree in Procurement, Supply Chain & Logistic Management at the Salford Business School, University of Salford, United Kingdom.
