Mr. Theonard D. Oniyama is a Senior Accountant and consultant with over 25 years of working experience in both public and private accounting and financial management practices. Mr. Oniyama has work for several institutions in and out of Liberia notably, VOSCON Certified Public Accountants as Audit Supervisor, United States Trading Company (Coca Cola Liberia) as Accounting Supervisor, Habitat for Humanity Liberia as Finance Manager, Guthrie Rubber Plantation as Chief Accountant, Liberia Equipment Limited (Caterpillar) as Controller, Ingram Lighting Source (Tennessee, USA) amongst others.

Mr. Oniyama is also an Instructor of Accounting at the University of Liberia. He holds a BBA Degree in Accounting from the University of Liberia, some MBA Credits from the La Salle University in Olney, Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, USA, and an MBA in Accounting from the Cuttington University Graduate School in Congo Town, Liberia. Mr. Oniyama has several certificates and training in Accounting, Finance, and Project Management. Mr. Oniyama has work for the Liberia Telecommunications Corporation since April 2009 first as Chief Accountant and later in 2010 as Director of Finance up until October 1, 2021 when he was promoted to Chief Financial Officer (CFO).
